The final month of our arduous yet calm and creativity stimulating, mind clarifying, heart-warming year-long journey has arrived. I hope the year provided you perspectives on every significant aspect of your life: physical, intellectual, creative, and spiritual. That it underlined how fundamental sitting in stillness, spontaneous writing, walking, reading and creating help you make a strong bond with yourself and strengthen emotional bonds with family and friends.
You have almost finished reading, Unblock Your Creative Flow. This was the first rough look or the clearer second read. Starting from the New Year we’ll begin once again to explore the gift of each day as it unfurls, partly as we plan it and partly to let the universe lead us. With pure intentions, determination, patience, make certain that the combined habits of meditation, journaling, reading, walking and creating continue as integral parts of our day.

You’ll discover what blessings and rewards practicing these disciplines reveal. Allow yourself to focus attention on the things that you have learned, things that matter to you, so that by the end of the next twelve months, you are wiser and kinder still and continue to strengthen your intentions, making sure you fulfill your creative and spiritual goals.
Allow yourself to be thankful to your heart-mind that nudged you to join this group to explore, to create and to grow. As I write these posts twice every week I too feel myself exploring, creating and growing. My commitment and determination to write for you has inspired me to move forward as a writer and inward in my spiritual life. I find your reading and commenting about the posts and Unblock Your Creative Flow to be a reward in itself.

Thank you for this post and reminder, Madhu. Normally the fall is prime time for me to reflect and set new goals. This fall I haven’t taken time to reflect on the past year, to re-evaluate what matters, or make note of lessons learned. Oct, Nov, Dec have flow past. Once the holidays wind down, I will take time to reflect. You continue to inspire me – and have a positive impact on my life.

And you inspire me, dear Lorraine, with continuous progress in making art and walking meditation.
