Indian Cooking Week

This is what we're cooking this week!

Indian Cooking Week

Learn to cook Indian dishes. Join us for the rest of this month and watch us cook at Online Mindful Writers Group at: OMWG: https://tinyurl.com/ycktmxwn

Basmati Rice with green peas, paneer and shredded carrots

The previous three weeks at OMWG mostly focused on walking, an exercise that is healthy for your body, mind and spirit. Now visit the site and take in the enticing aromas of Basmati rice, white cumin, cinnamon and nutmeg simmering in ghee. Their “steamy sweet and nutty hugs” will make you breathe in the wafts of variegated scents. You will experience the culinary sensations that you have never experienced before. That is if you have never cooked Indian food, tasted home cooked Indian food or even eaten at an Indian restaurant.

Starting today and for the rest of the week, Lorraine Bonzelet will be cooking all the dishes included in the book Unblock Your Creative Flow: 12 Months of Mindfulness for Writers and Artists, 2023. (Pages: 203-209)
