Reflections
Inspiration
Negatives in life seem to go on forever, but joyous feelings last only for moments. You may have met your basic needs of food, water, shelter, and clothing. And you may have achieved self-esteem, love, and respect… yet the feeling of mortality still hovers at the back of your mind.
Always remember the way your inner mentor is present within you at each and every moment; so are the experiences of awe, wonder, and pleasure surround you. Become aware of them with your mindfulness. They give meaning to your life. When you feel at one with everyone and everything around you, you have a sense of immortality.
You have intellectual knowledge. And you have emotional intelligence. But deep understanding does not come from one or the other. Understanding requires both intellect and feelings. It’s when these both join together, when visceral experience meets cognition, when the heart thinks and the mind feels, that you come full circle and experience awe and wonderous delight.
Wisdom emerges when there is deep knowledge as well as intoxicating ecstasy.
Journal Prompt

Lorraine
My inner voice and inner mentor are much stronger now that I’ve been Unblocking. My inner critic chimes in, but it has less impact than it used to.

Namaste Lorraine,
Reading this makes me happy for you!
Jenn Diamond
Good afternoon, Madhu. You’ve just changed my definition of wisdom. I will remind myself… to become wise, I must allow my heart to think and my mind to feel. Beautiful! Namaste

My heartfelt congratulations and blessings! In the beginning, its very hard to remember to lead your life this way. But once you make it a daily practice you feel it in the limitless depth of your heart. It is similar to Lovingkindness meditation called metta in Pali.
