Website Name Change: Mindful-Writers.Com

Dear Readers,

Those of you who have read Tao-te Ching, Dhammapada, Bhagavad Gita and Devi Gita on these web pages understand that nothing in life is permanent. So is with the websites! Thinking matures, ideas grow and change, experiences enrich and interests shift.

For the last four years I have been holding meditation workshops and seminars for writers. They teach a meditation methodology to help writers hone their skills: sharpen their unique voice, deepen individual style and improve verbal precision. The response to these workshops has been very encouraging. The participants tell me that as a result of this practice their writing has improved and so has their life. They feel less conflicted and more confident. Inspired, I am currently recording a CD “Body, Heart and Mind Meditations for Mindful Writers,” and writing A Mindful Writers Guidebook to accompany the CD.

As a result of the success of the program I have decided to slightly refocus the theme of www.Spirituality-Sparks.com. The website will have a new name: www.Mindful-Writers.com.

The postings and format on the site www.Mindful-Writers.com will not change dramatically. On the “Homepage” I will post “what and where” of Mindful Writers workshops, seminars and courses, “Readings” will change to “Writing and Meditation Page,” and “Writings” page will change to “Nani’s Page” where I will post experiences with my grandchildren who continue to enrich the best years of my life.

The website Spirituality-Sparks is more than five years old. Writing “As I Understand It,” has been a learning, deeply moving and gratifying experience for me. I regret not covering the Sikh scripture Adi Granth Sahib. I have been looking for a good English translation of the sacred book, so far without any success. As soon as I procure one we will read it together.

I hope you visit the new website as much as you did the old one, if not more. My heartfelt thanks to my readers from the United States, Japan, China, Germany, Sweden, Ukraine, Norway, Russia, France, Canada and India.

Don’t forget! From September 23 my new website address is going to be www.Mindful-Writers.com
See you there!

With warm regards,
Madhu B. Wangu
